It is intended that God's people be active and engaged. No person should be left out. God has given each of us motivational gifts. These determine what we enjoy doing and what we are good at. Fitly Framed helps a person find their motivational gifts and passion.
These lessons are taught to a group, then the evaluations show what might be a person's best role of service. Ideally Fitly Framed is taught and counsel offered by a Personnel Director. While Fitly Framed was something we used and I initially taught, it was quickly necessary to involve someone else taking the lead. Worked - Fitly Framed works!
