The Science of Shepherding takes the reader into the nitty-gritty world of taking care of God's people.

It will show you how to improve the skills needed to effectively grow Jesus' church. The prophet Ezekiel spoke against the terrible leadership being provided to God's people. 

Beyond the indictment, the Lord told Israel He would give them shepherds who would lead them, feed the flock, seek their wandering, and heal their hurts. In four words, you have the "Job Description of a Pastor." Feed, lead, seek and heal; that is the job. 

The word "pastor" is the same concept as one who cares for sheep. Those who provide spiritual nurture to a local congregation are shepherds. 

There are no careers or life roles at which a participant cannot improve. Pastoral Care, the shepherding of souls can also be improved. "Seek to excel" to the building up of the body of Christ.
